Surprisingly very smooth, no bitterness or hard edges. Glad i bought the whisk, otherwise I’d leave too much matcha powder behind in the cup.
This matcha has a great authentic flavor, along with the perfect green color matcha that match is supposed to be. The packaging I did recieved was not the most ideal since I could be messy, but everything else was perfect!
